The Story of How Princess Met Lucy the Guineabear
Now lets see here…………
This is the story of how Princess met Lucy the Guineabear!
Lucy was a very special guineabear
When the Princess was younger
And she walked the castle grounds looking at the sun and the flowers
She came across a tiny little guineabear pup
She was so tiny that you could cover her with one hand!
The Princess thought she was the cutest guineabear ever!
The Princess took the guineabear into the castle
And when it was cold she would keep the guineabear in the pockets of her robes, where it was nice and warm
The guineabear didn’t have a name, and the Princess didn’t know what would make the creature happy, or what she would want to be called
At first she called it critter
For it was a tiny critter
Crawling all over everything and getting into the garden
And crawling up her dresses and robes and hiding in the pockets
But the Princess thought that wouldn’t do
For the creature was bound to become big and strong and bigger than the Princess!
So a name like critter wouldn’t work forever!
So the Princess thought long and hard
She walked the grounds with the critter in her hand
And walked the castle with the critter nestled in her hair
And walked through the castle court with the critter in her pockets
Eventually the Princess decided to pick a name that she felt matched the guineabear
And she decided Lucy
Lucy was a great name! And the guineabear would grow to love it
The Princess found that the guineabear loved the plants in her garden!
She loved leaves and salads and veggies
Same as the Princess!
They would share meals together, getting food from the garden and then bringing it back to eat together while they played
And when they played the Princess would hold her hand down and let her fingers act like obstacles for Lucy to jump or climb over
And the Princess would get them lots of food and snacks
The guineabear got bigger as she got older
She was up and walking grew to be the same height as the Princess’ knees in no time!
By the time she was the waist height of the Princess, she had caught up and was the same height as most other guineabears
But a funny thing happened…
Lucy, the Royal guineabear of the Princess…… kept growing!
The Princess didn’t care, she saw it as more Lucy critter to hold
People were astounded by how big her guineabear was!
Some believed it was because it was super rare, and some believed it was because the Princess had special food or magic she used on the guineabear
Others believed it wasn’t real!
But the truth was
The Princess had cared for and loved Lucy the guineabear soooooo much
That she had kept growing
It was the magic of her love that made the guineabear grow so big, and smart, and strong, and different from others
Until eventually the guineabear had gotten to be almost as tall as the Princess!
The guineabear wanted to prove that she could be helpful
So she knelt down and let the Princess climb her back
And they were off!!!
Lucy the guineabear was running through the castle and the grounds and the garden with Princess on her back!
They ran and ran
Until eventually the Princess said they should rest and lay down and have some food and think about what to do next
They laughed and talked and had fun with snacks and vegetables
Until both of them thought how they want to be in each others lives and stay together and go on adventures and have fun
They held each other tight and in that moment, they were bound to be together
No matter where the Princess went, if they were thinking of each other then they would be able to feel one another
Some kind of magic struck them then
And they didn’t even realize it
The Princess and the guineabear were always together from that moment
Eventually Lucy the guineabear got so big that the princess could ride her no problem!
Princess always made sure Lucy had food and snacks
Lucy the guineabear kept the Princess safe and gave her rides, and played with her and could get her food from the garden
The Princess made a special quarters for her critter Lucy the Guineabear,
And she made sure to say hi to her as often as she could
And they would go on rides together
And have lots of fun!
And that’s the story of how the Princess met Lucy the guineabear!
